2. What data we collect
We only collect what you give us:
- Contact form: your full name, email, phone number (optional), the subject you are interested in and your message.
- Phone or email: your contact details and whatever you write or tell us when you contact us directly.
This website does not use analytics tools. Only if you accept, it uses the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising (see section 6).
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message and give you the information you asked for (e.g. about an apartment or a job).
- For steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the communication needed to handle your request (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your details for marketing messages, and we do not sell them or pass them on to third parties for that purpose.
4. Who else processes it
- Web3Forms: a service that forwards contact-form messages to our email. The provider may process data outside the European Economic Area (Web3Forms privacy policy).
- Hosting and email provider: our website and email are hosted by a provider in the European Union.
5. Google services on the page
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server. When the page loads, your browser does not connect to Google’s servers.
The Google Maps map showing the new project’s location does not load automatically. It appears only if you click “Show map”. Only then do you connect to Google Maps, which may use Google cookies. More in Google’s privacy policy.
6. Cookies and the Meta Pixel (Facebook)
We advertise our projects on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether our ads bring interested buyers, the website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland).
- It loads only with your consent. On your first visit a notice appears with “Accept” and “Decline”. If you do not accept, the Pixel does not load and no Meta cookies are set.
- What it records: that you visited the page and whether you used a contact option (phone, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Instagram) or sent the form. The content of the form (name, email, message) is not sent to Meta. Meta also receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type.
- Purpose: measuring the performance of our ads and showing ads to people who have already visited the website.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). We are joint controllers with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for collecting and transmitting the data to Meta. Meta is responsible for any further processing (Meta privacy policy). Meta may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cookies and duration: Meta’s
_fbpcookie is kept for up to 90 days. We store your choice (“Accept” or “Decline”) in your browser (dk_consent) so that we do not ask on every visit. - Withdrawal: you can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the home page.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your messages and details for as long as needed to reply and to handle your request or our work together. After that we delete them, unless the law (e.g. tax law) requires us to keep them longer.
8. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Email us at info@dikaios.eu and we will reply as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest.
If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Greek Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the data protection authority of your country.
9. Security
The website runs over a secure connection (HTTPS), so the details you send are transmitted encrypted.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when something changes on the website or in the law. The date of the latest update is shown below.
Language
This is an English translation for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Greek version prevails.
